Bailey Zugan – Law Clerk

After finishing her first three semesters at Case Western Reserve Law School, HMW Law hired Bailey as a criminal defense law clerk.

Bailey grew up in Chardon, Ohio and graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion. Bailey brings a unique set of skills and experience to the firm, having worked as an Account Executive for major fashion companies in both New York City and Chagrin Falls, Ohio. During her studies at CWRU, Bailey developed her criminal law skillset as a member of CWRU’s Ault Mock Trial Competition team, and as a law clerk for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. Bailey’s diverse background allows her to bring a fresh perspective to every case.

Bailey lives in University Circle, Ohio, with her boyfriend and three cats: Apollo, Cyrus, and Nedifer. In her free time, Bailey enjoys french red wine, antiquing, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.
