Michelle Burch – Legal Assistant

Born in Miami, Florida, Michelle relocated to Ohio at the age of four, speaking only Spanish until she learned English by the age of six. Michelle is still fluent in Spanish today. She grew up in Northeast Ohio and graduated from Avon Lake High School with a 3.8 GPA. Initially intending to pursue a degree in international business, Michelle shifted her focus to law (specifically criminal defense) and is currently working towards an associate’s degree in paralegal studies at Columbus State Community College. She is also employed full-time as a Legal Assistant at HMW Law.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Michelle has accumulated over three years of legal experience prior to joining HMW Law. She is deeply committed to her professional development and strives to ensure that clients feel confident and well-cared-for throughout their legal journey. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys thrifting, dining on sushi, crafts, and spending quality time with her family.
